Keynote by Kapoor Singh

Kapoor Singh is Founder and CEO of Ivy GuruKul, a highly regarded Talent ID (Identification & Development) company for middle & high school students worldwide.

For the 2025 college applications class, 47% of Ivy GuruKul students (18 of 38) who applied to MIT, Stanford or one of the 8 Ivy League colleges, were admitted to at least one of these colleges.

Mr. Singh’s own life journey is a testament to his dedication to holistic development.

With roots in a Haryana village, his academic path has been interdisciplinary and varied: nationally regarded residential high school, bachelor’s in civil engineering (NIT Kurukshetra) and graduate degree in Liberal Arts (ALM; Harvard University).

A former international track athlete who ran 400 meter hurdles for India at the 1993 South Asian Games, he now dedicates his life to empowering students to achieve their dreams via their online platform: IvyGuruKul.com

His mentorship philosophy is simple – parents should consider three fundamental questions when guiding their children into activities:

1) Does the child like the activity?
2) Does the activity fit well with the child’s strengths / natural talents?
3) How accessible is that activity considering the family’s circumstances (type of school district, geography, social networks etc.)?
